The property has an independent apartment with it’s own entrance for two people maximum. It’s completely separate from the house. Backyard and pool are shared.

It has a large gas grill, coolers for drinks and a large counter. The property is located 5 miles from the airport, close to beaches, downtown west palm beach and the polo grounds.

Private Guest cottage on tropical 5 acres close to all Wellington equestrian events. 20 minutes to downtown West Palm shopping, beach. Sleeps 6 w/2 bedroom &Queen sleeper sofa. Kitchenette, WIFI, everything you need. Access to shared pool. Very quiet, private yet minute to the shows and Wellington restaurants. The only thing we do not have is a stove but guests can use BBQ, electric griddle, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, Air Fryer! We are on septic and well water.
