Great house in beautiful location. We were 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 11 yrs) the house had plenty of rooms and a spacious outdoors area. Kitchen was very well equipped,we had most meals at home. We found the area around Fussen Schwangau had poor mobile coverage and printed map and directions really helped.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Mittenwald felt like we were in a fairytale. The town was beyond magical with its alpine beauty, cobbled streets and picture perfect buildings. Sasa's house was perfectly cosy and welcoming and had us feeling like we were locals as we sat around the wooden kitchen table drinking hot chocolates while it snowed outside. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable, with plenty of room to move for our family with four small children. Thank you Sasa for being a lovely host and helping to make our first (but not last) trip to Mittenwald so memorable.

Wszystko było idealnie. Dom czysty, ciepły, bogato wyposażony. Olbrzymia przestrzeń dla dzieci. Okolica piękna i cicha. W pobliżu supermarket. Gospodarz w stałym kontakcie, odpowiada na pytania niezwłocznie, służy radą. Wyjazd bardzo udany

Le logement est très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé en rangement, accessoires, jeux, etc. Le jardin est magnifique. On s'y sent bien dès l'arrivée. Georg et Gisela sont adorables et toujours disponibles si besoin. On peut compter sur eux pour de bons conseils dans les environs. Les activités sont nombreuses dans la région. On peut combiner des balades à vélo, à pied, profiter des lacs, visiter des villes, musées et plein d'autres choses sans devoir parcourir trop de distance. Même si la météo n'a pas été avec nous lors de notre passage, nous avons pu découvrir beaucoup de belles choses. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons chaudement.

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft in toller Lage. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, vor allem ein wunderschöner Ausblick. Viele Skigebiete sind schnell zu erreichen. Claudia war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren in einer sehr großen Gruppe im Haus für einen Winterurlaub und jeder hatte genug Platz und Rückzugsraum. Die Lage vom Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Hinter dem Haus ist der Wald zum Spazieren/Rodeln und vor dem Haus liegt gleich der Ort. Küche und Bäder sind optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut funktional. Die Küche soll demnächst renoviert werden. Das Haus hat einen tollen Panoramaausblick und liegt den Großteil des Tages in der Sonne. Es gibt SO viele Sachen für Kinder, das war wirklich praktisch.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di capodanno presso gli appartamenti di Armin e ci siamo davvero trovati benissimo! Appartamento nuovissimo, di recente costruzione dotato di tutto il necessario… zona tranquilla, silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro! Armin un proprietario disponibile e gentile! Rende il tutto perfetto anche la Spa presente! Sicuramente torneremo…

Harald hat sich als ausgezeichneter Gastgeber erwiesen, der uns vorab proaktiv mit allen relevanten Informationen und Empfehlungen versorgt hat. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Kommunikation exzellent. Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den Bildern sowie Beschreibungen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung (insbes. Kaisertal) bietet tolle Möglichkeiten für kleinere und größere Touren. Absolute Empfehlung!

we had a lovely stay. We felt right at home the moment we opened the door. The bathroom is clean and roomy.. Kitchen is very well equipped too, to allow us to cook at home and enjoy the lovely view from the balcony. The surrounding is very beautiful and offers loads of options for outdoor activities. Just a little disappointed that we found out the sauna is not readily available and cost extra to use. The heated swimming pool was great for relaxation after our days out, which kind of make it all good again. Thank you 😊

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in einem tollen Appartement und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Für 4 Personen gibt es allerdings zu wenig bzw. zu kleine Pfannen- Töpfe. Schön wäre auch ein Tisch mit Stühlen auf der Terasse/Balkon. Insgesamt aber auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Das Penthouse indem wir waren war sehr schön. Der Service sowie das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! Der Ausblick ist einfach atemberaubend. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der privaten Sauna und dem herrlichen Pool, die nach einem aktiven Tag in der Natur für perfekte Entspannung gesorgt haben. Alles war sehr sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

Super schöne Wohnung in guter Lage :) Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Einziges Manko: das zweite Schlafzimmer ist innenliegend und hat kein Fenster nach außen, das war uns vorher nicht klar

Our second time staying in one of Andreas’ places. A great stay, within 20 mins walk to town. Hot water takes a while to kick in and we could have done with an additional towel for our toddler but all in all a pleasant stay.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung entspricht wirklich den Bildern, war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet (auch die Küche). Die Nähe zur Speiljochbahn sowie auch zu Restaurants ist super. Es fehlte und wirklich an nichts. Vielen Dank nochmals, wir würden sofort nochmals buchen.

Wir reisten zu zweit mit einem Hund für eine Woche an in Jenbach an. Trotz dreistündiger verspäteter Ankunft in der Unterkunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Günther und Katja empfangen. Bei unserer Abreise war die Einfahrt zugeschneit, woraufhin Günther uns schnell zur Hilfe kam und die Einfahrt für uns von Schnee und Eis befreite. Die Kommunikation war super und die Unterkunft wirklich sehr sauber. Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen, da die Wohnung sehr sehr gut ausgestattet ist (Küche, Badezimmer, Gesellschaftsspiele). Auch ein kleines „Starterpaket“ (Wasser, Saft, Obst, etc.) stand uns bei der Anreise zur Verfügung. Wir haben viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung erhalten. Auch schöne Routen zum spazieren mit dem Hund hat Katja uns zugeschickt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und können die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My wife and I loved the place and enjoyed every moment. Everything was so nice. Sauna was a perfect place after hiking, Jacuzzi relaxing every single muscle in the body, Silent room just right for reading a book with a cup of coffee and Bed for deep sound sleep. Tenne pizza shouldn't be forgotten. It was so yummy that we now miss a lot. We don't hesitate to recommend to everyone.

Great host. The stay was really wonderful. The place was clean and spacious. And very importantly the host was very friendly and provided all necessities, including for the babies and extra matresses. The most inportantly, Claudia and her husband provided very nice local recommendations and travel suggestions which were really great. Also their stay is at a great location. Highly recommended and would be glad to visit again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.
