Sit out in a bright courtyard made brighter still by the comfy red basket chairs and plentiful plants by the dining area. This new build basement apartment is light, spacious and modern. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with art and fun artefacts to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment boasts two large bedrooms, one with a king and the other with two doubles, plus two bathrooms. The large open plan living area has sofa seating and dining for eight guests and free, gated parking. There is private, gated parking to the rear of the house with an allocated space for 1 vehicle. Please feel free to use whatever is out in the apartment - bed linen, towels, soaps, shampoos and other essentials are all provided. There is wifi, an internet connected TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and NOW TV apps, a Bluetooth wireless speaker plus games for indoor entertainment. ONE NIGHT STAYS: We will consider last minute one night stays within a week of the arrival date. We're not onsite but will be available by phone and email. There's so much to see and do in Margate, from the beaches of Westbrook Bay and the Turner Gallery to the famous Dreamland amusement park. The location is also a useful base for exploring historic towns such as Deal, Ramsgate, and Whitstable. It's easy to walk into Margate and along the coast from the apartment - if you want to travel further afield the train station is only 5 minutes away. The Westbrook Bay area is going through a process of redevelopment so there are some building works going on nearby. None are visible from the apartment and should not impact your stay.

Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. The property overlooks the paddock where the goats and horses graze. A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

Our beach apartment is in a beautiful converted Victorian period house, with it's own private balcony, less than 5 mins walk from Minnis Bay Beach. Birchington Station (10 mins walk) provides good links to London and nearby coastal retreats. There is a parade of shops with a convenience store, fish and chips, cafe and micro pub 2 mins away. The Minnis Bay Brasserie is a 5 min walk away along the promenade. There are great routes for walking/running/cycling in all directions.
