Modja Modja House: King Ensuite with Walkin Shower

Modja Modja House is more than an Airbnb—it’s a design-led stay with Japanese-influenced interiors where comfort and creativity meet. Room Two has shoji screens by Rio Kobayashi, an organic wool bed and spa-like shower room. A calming sound machine by Yuri Suzuki and warm sunset light complete the stay. The Bedford Inn, Room 4

Brand new, Custom designed room above the best pub in town (well we think so) Room 4 - Rich colours, modern furnishings and fittings. Underfloor heating, small fridge and all the expected luxuries in a room. To ensure a good nights rest, the pub garden is closed from 10 PM onwards. Additionally, we offer the convenience of adding drinks to your stay, so you can have something ready upon your arrival. Simply inform us about your preferences, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Wake up to a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before heading out into the historic city of Canterbury. This breathtaking room will amaze and enthral with its rich colour scheme, seating area, large shower room, and sumptuous king-sized bed. You have full, private access to your room and en-suite shower room, just like in a hotel. We provide daily servicing between 11am and 3pm. Check-in is fully automated. Please note that this is a listed building; access is via stairs.

Boutique Super King / Twin Room by Sea

Set in a large period house in central Margate just 5 minutes walk from the Main Sands, this large bedroom with high ceilings and a garden view sleeps 2. The super king bed has a deep mattress and is a hotel standard zip link bed that can split in to 2 singles to make it a twin room. Equipped with a small sofa, dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All our rooms have hypoallergenic, Egyptian cotton bedding, towels, hairdryers and fans provided.

Belvidere Place Room 5

The Grade II listed Georgian townhouse has five guest rooms, each individually designed, with unusual, one-off pieces of furniture and sleek, contemporary bathrooms. The emphasis in our kitchen is on homemade, local, and seasonal produce and breakfasts are freshly made and served, on winter days, in front of a crackling fire. Belvidere Place has a small courtyard garden which has with some unusual plants and provides us with some herbs for the kitchen.
