In een woord: perfect!! Giuseppe is de ideale host: reageert direct op vragen, is pro-actief, super vriendelijk en enorm gastvrij. Hij is zelf opgegroeid in de villa en je voelt de liefde voor deze plek overal. Het huis was brandschoon toen we aankwamen, en helemaal compleet. De bedden en meubilair zijn enorm comfortabel en de keuken en badkamers van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin is een paradijs: nog veel groter en mooier dan op de foto’s. Met het fijne privé zwembad, groot (voetbal) veld, tafelvoetbal, schommels en glijbaan een absolute droomplek voor onze drie zoons (van 12, 5 en 3 jaar). Er zijn meerdere lounge sets buiten, en een heerlijke veranda met grote eettafel. Absoluut de beste AirBnb waar we ooit verbleven hebben! We komen zeker nog eens terug.

This villa offers a very special vacation experience, and we (two families) spent a wonderful week here in October. The Villa has a spectacular setting on a hillside with an expansive view of the ocean and surrounding area. All aspects of this Villa are maintained in pristine condition - the interior spaces, furniture, pool, and the spectacular garden landscaping surrounding the home. Tatiana is a very responsive and friendly host, and offers great recommendations and booking support. Car rental is essential for the Villa. There is a beautiful beach walking distance away, but most sites, restaurants and shopping require a car.

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft - vier Erwachsene und vier Kleinkinder. wir fanden eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft. Ivo hat schnell und präzise auf Fragen reagiert und war zeitlich sehr flexibel - wir haben uns beim Check-in und Check-out etwas verspätet, was kein Problem war. Lieben Dank!

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die Villa war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Lorenzo war ein großartiger Gastgeber – freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful place to stay – the sea is so close! The villa’s garden is simply beautiful. There’s also a great restaurant nearby. A quiet and lovely place!

The villa was spacious and well furnished. It felt homely and well thought out. While there were mosquitos , it was a rural setting and peaceful. the air con was super all over the house and there were lots of mosquito plug ins around the house. I get bitten very easily but it wasn’t a problem at all. The villa is located near a small supermarket and very near a beautiful beach - recommend to go swimming at 6pm less busy and still beautifully warm ! Nice peaceful place to go running too. Villasimius is 20 mins drive away - lovely village and good restos even for veggies like me. Recommend diving with Archeo dive centre - lovely team. The villa was a super choice , perfectly suited for us and we really appreciated the 4 bathrooms, two verandas and the chill out tv room on the ground floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and the eating areas large and very comfortable . Recommended for even a bigger group than we were.

Jolie maison très bien aménagée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la region et pour découvrir les plages. Je recommande vivement cette location. Fiorenzo est un hote de confiance très disponible.

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

E' stata una vacanza meravigliosa, in totale liberta'!. il mare e' davvero il migliore al mondo e nessuna foto potra' mai rendere guistizia al colore dell'acqua, alla spiaggia e alla costa circostante. A casa di Laura ci siamo sentiti subito ben accolti, e lei e' stata flessibile e comprensiva con le nostre richieste di poter fare il check in prima del previsto e molto presto la mattina del check out. La casa e' bella e spaziosa, luminosa ed attrezzata di tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno in una famiglia con 4 ragazzi al seguito, compresi detersivi e tutte le cose di prima necessita' in cucina-acqua, zucchero, sale olio eccetera. La macchina e' rimasta parcheggiata per tutta la settimana, ci siamo mossi a piedi per andare in spiaggia, al supermercato e nei vari ristoranti tutti raggiungibili a pochi minuti da casa. Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

U Tomaso byliśmy we wrześniu. Dom jest w otoczeniu zadbanego ogrodu i dobrze wyposażony. Przed domem dwa miejsca postojowe na samochody. W ogrodzie dwa grile i... piec na drewno do pizzy. Tomaso przywitał nas winem, owocami i produktami na obiad po podróży i był na każde nasze zapytanie i prośbę. Na plażę jest ok. 5 min. wolnym spacerkiem. Droga prowadzi przez zagajnik do drogi głównej (chyba powiatowej) która we wrześniu nie była zbyt ruchliwa, z wyjątkiem weekendu. Tomaso przygotował nam ręczniki plażowe i parasole. Jednym słowem dom Tomaso w Capitana kilkanaście km na wschód od Cagliari to bardzo dobry wybór na rodzinne wakacje, a Tomaso to dobry duch Sardynii. Krzysztof i Maria z rodzinąl

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

Un super séjour, dans une villa très agréable et adapté pour 2 familles avec 2 enfants. Villa propre, apaisante, décoration simple mais efficace, extérieure très agréable et petite terrasse sur le première étage. Beaucoup de confort pour le sejour, très simple et très fournis pour commencer les vacances sans stress. La communication était facile et réactive. Petit bémol pour la piscine par rapport à l'époque de notre séjour (début Avril). Une eau un peu chauffé aurait été le TOP pour en profiter d'avantage. Merci à vous

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool . Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . Matteo empfing uns persönlich sehr freundlich . Er hatte viele Tipps in einer Mappe gebunden . Matteo war immer erreichbar . Der Strand ist 10 min entfernt zur Unterkunft . Tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar . Wir haben viele Ausflüge mit dem Auto gemacht - traumhaft . Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen . Man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl . Vielen Dank an Matteo und seine Familie für diesen Traumurlaub . Würden gerne nächste Woche wieder kommen wenn der Weg nicht zu weit wäre 😊

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar ruhig am Ortsrand mit tollem Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Zum Meer kommt man mit dem Auto in unter 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Im Haus gab es alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Gian Luca hat uns trotz Verspätung unsererseits bei unserer Anreise an einem Feiertag sehr herzlich persönlich begrüßt und war auch während der anderen Tage bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und den unkomplizierten Checkout!

The villa is very spacious, has rooms that are not connected by walls, so we did not hear each other. The house is well equipped and clean. My family consisted of 10 people, including 3 children, who had plenty of places to play and toys. I also highly recommend the owner Elvira, whom we liked from the first day of contact. Very helpful and nice. She already had leaflets with attractions, restaurants and car rentals prepared. I hope we will come back there 🤍
