Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt bei Matty! Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend – jeden Tag ein Genuss. Matty ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir durften früher einchecken und wurden persönlich und herzlich empfangen, was uns direkt das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und genau das Richtige für erholsame Ferien. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Stefano è stato super disponibile, la casa bellissima e con un sacco di confort. La casa è meglio che in foto e Stefano ci ha assistito in tutto e per tutto dimostrando professionalità e flessibilità

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Wir danken Ihr von ganzem Herzen und wünschen Ihr und ihrer Familie alles Gute und freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes Mal 🥰

La villa con piscina di Ugo si trova tra le due spiagge più famose della Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna e Foxi Mordegu: la strada principale è unica anche se non illuminata di notte, sicuramente con Google Maps e la posizione fornita è impossibile non raggiungere comodamente il posto. La casa è in un villaggio privato chiuso al pubblico (se avete amici nei dintorni non potete ospitarli, in compenso ci sono delle soluzioni con piscina condivisa se volete fare una vacanza di gruppo). Avrete una chiave per aprire il cancello automatico e una salita che vi porta in uno spiazzo esclusivo accanto alla casa per lasciare l'auto. La piscina è splendida trattata con il sale (chiedete di spiegarvi come accendere la luce notturna). Ci sono sdraio, angolo relax e tavolo. Il porticato è enorme e c'è ombra dalla tarda mattinata in poi. L'interno della casa è pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, clima, macchina del caffè). Ugo è sempre disponibile per ogni problema!

Wir waren 3 Familien von Freunden in dem Haus von Géraldine, Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und gemütlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt:) Die Kommunikation mit Géraldine war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, sie war immer da wenn wir sie gebraucht haben! Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! We had a lovely stay in Sardinia! Max and Lory were truly great hosts – incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Their two beautiful dogs, Viva and Hector, were absolutely sweet, and our 5-year-old loved playing with them. The apartment is very well equipped – you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, no-stress stay. Max and Lory even stocked the fridge with plenty of breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is a bit removed from the town and beaches, so you’ll need a car, but it’s peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The pool is beautiful and well maintained – although the water was around 20°C in early May, so it was a bit chilly for long swims. Our kid still jumped in a couple of times! I can imagine it’s perfect from June through September. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm, well-prepared place with wonderful hosts and a personal touch!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

This beautiful apartment has a spectacular view of the hills and countryside around Tortoli. It is a short walk to the supermarket and very easy to find from the main road. Gianfranco was welcoming with very clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The pool area is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lovely gardens. A great base to explore the area. The welcome pack of Sardinian sweets were delicious!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Nous avions initialement un autre airbnb, duquel nous avons quitté car nous étions très déçus J’ai trouvé cette perle rare le jour même, j’ai eu une grande chance de le trouver Quartier adorable Excellents restaurants Allions tous les matins au Bellavista bio café délicieux Geppo’s pizza excellent Épicerie CRAI juste à côté Logement robuste propre Très bonne air climatisée Lit très confortable Magnifique paysage Piscine incroyable Calme Très bien entretenu Sécuritaire, avec guérite Gianfranco et son personnel, d’une grande gentillesse, très serviable Nous allons revenir certainement Merci pour tout !!!

Un séjour tout à fait réussi ! Endroit très calme, équipement confortable, très propre, communication agréable avec Marcantonio. Un endroit merveilleux, cuisine bien équipée si vous voulez cuisiner vous-même. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Plage indiquée par Marcantonio superbe. Répondant au départ : nous avons été autorisés à rester un peu plus longtemps mais nous avions une autre location à suivre. Merci pour le vin et l’huile d’olive maison.

Es war wunderschön in der Unterkunft, gerne wieder!

A fantastic location, a minute's walk to a sandy beach with crystal clear waters, with lots of space. A few minutes walk to every kind of shop you need including a pharmacy, fish shop, supermarket, news agent, etc. Great restaurants and bars nearby, andalso many beach bars. The beautiful garden contains a private pool, which we used a lot. Perfect for families. The accommodation could be considered a bit tired, but this is outweighed by all the positives. Overall this is a fantastic house in a perfect location.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und grossem Pool. Küche ist etwas eng aber ausreichend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig etwas mehr Grundausstattung (z.B. WC-Papier) für den Start wäre Hilfreich gewesen. Der Aufpreis für Bettwäsche, Tücher, Wifi ect. ist happig.

Das Haus mit dem Pool, dem Garten und dem absoluten Traumstrand waren super. Die Küche war etwas klein, um für 5 Personen zu kochen. Aber die Zimmer, Garten und die Terasse boten sehr viel Platz und Raum. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Es ist ein toller Ort!
