Welcome to Casale Amerina, an idyllic place to rest, rebalance and revitalise. This is a much-loved Umbrian farmhouse, with stylish contemporary interior, set in wonderful Umbrian countryside. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, a comfy sitting room with a balcony, and a gorgeous kitchen-dining room with Tuscan oak beams and a fireplace. Soak up the sun on our grass lawn, relax in the shade of our olive, walnut and fig trees, or explore the local area with its wonderful hilltop towns.

Ubicato nel cuore della Tuscia a due passi dal Lago di Vico e dalla Città dei Papi con le sue rinomate Terme, il Casale delle Sette Querce è una bellissima residenza storica degli inizi del 1800 recuperata nel pieno rispetto della sua storia e dell’ecosostenibilità. La proprietà è dotata di un sistema di climatizzazione caldo/freddo con pompa di calore di ultima generazione, cappotto termico, rete internet wi-fi, TV con servizio streaming e ampi spazi esterni con gazebo, solarium e piscina.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

The Country house is located in the Umbrian countryside (1 hour from Rome), with panoramic view overlooking our vineyards. It has a 5000 square meter garden with English lawn, saltwater pool, olive trees, fruit trees and antique roses. The winery is 500 mt away, therefore, if you’d like, you will breathe the atmosphere of a place where wine is made. You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
