“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests.

Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

A bordo piscina potrete tuffarvi con gli scivoli ad acqua, giocare a ping pong o con il calcio balilla e ristorarvi al bar in autonomia . Possibilità di affittare anche tre posti letto su barca a bordo piscina (vedi "etna boat house")

Our Guests often define our estate as: "A paradise place surrounded by nature, where it is possible to enjoy peace and tranquility!". Tenuta Piana is an ideal place to relax and disconnect from daily stress, and to do smart work!

Casa Corte sul Golfo di Eraclea Minoa

A 30 km da Sciacca e dalla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento sul golfo di Eraclea Minoa, in posizione collinare ma a breve distanza dalla bellissima spiaggia di Bovo Marina, sorge una bella casa-corte da cui si gode un panorama mozzafiato. Dalla finestra del salotto lo sguardo corre dalla spiaggia di Torre salsa (riserva naturale) a Capo Bianco. La spiaggia di Bovo Marina non è molto affollata anche in piena estate.

The villa is located within the peaceful natural marine reserve of Capo Gallo, right on the crystal waters of the sea (few steps from the beach) and is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean scrub and majestic rocks that turn pink at sunset. All rooms , both upstairs and downstairs overlook a spectacular sea view and from which you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

Oikos Taormina sea view apartment with shared pool

Oikos means family and this is what you will find during your holidays in Taormina. The apartment of 120mq offers sea-view terraces and a swimming pool (shared with us) and it is located 15 min walking from town center. It can perfectly host 6 guests. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).

Wonderful open space of 45 square meters large and comfortable with kitchenette (stove, oven, fridge, sink, dishes, glasses, pots, etc..), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, large bathroom, air conditioner, small terrace with table overlooking the swimming pool and the enchanting garden where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place while sipping good wine.
