This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

This was such a lovely little gem to find. It was perfect for what we wanted. Scenery is beautiful with the fort in view. Would recommend the 2 hour walk along the coast too. Would definitely stay again.

John was a great, friendly, and very helpful host. The apartment was so comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. A Perfect spot. Great outside space, on the beach and the back garden. Our Dog loved it too. They had thought of so much, i liked the box that contained dog blankets and towels. They had everything you needed for a dog guest too. It was a great weekend. Peaceful, relaxing, we loved exploring Pevensey and chilling in a lovely apartment. Thank you. We would love to stay again

I so totally have to shout out about Andy & his place. You can see why Andy has the Super Host designation. Every single little thing about this gentleman & his property is super. This was last min, late at night, a mess. But Andy was super responsive and just totally flexible, helpful, and kind. His check in directions and instructions are world class, detailled and superb. Others should take note. The property is in the heart of the City, the centre, but the location - riverside - it was so quiet & peaceful. Everything here is done to its best and there are just little additional touches that are second to none, from little nibbles, chargers & cables - even fab placed lighting (turn on the one behind the sofa!). It's spacious over 2 floors & 2 baths, well appointed & maintained, but with thought and care. Take note, don't miss this place, or Andy - who I thank wholeheartedly for everything & apologise to for my late night messages & tardy check out. I'll be back, if I can get in!

Absolutely stunning flat with amazing sea views and peaceful bedrooms away from the sea front. Amandeep's kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay with the kids. Loads of books, games and things to do. Really easy access and spotlessly clean. Thanks for having us!

Thanks for great hostage. Despite it was short notice the host helped me easily find the place. The host was super nice and friendly. I found the location very quite and safe, it was very easy to commute to central London, easy to find shops nearby for extra late night snacks. Apartment was clean and matches the one in the picture. Overall, super happy. Definitely see you again!

Erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Het is erg ruim en mooi. De kleine binnenplaats is ook erg fijn om in te zitten bij mooi weer. Marc reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Alleen de bedden zouden beter kunnen. Het ene bed heeft harde springveren en het andere zakt in het midden in. Maar voor de rest is het een heerlijke plek!

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clare's place is an ideal base for exploring the local area, nestled right on the high street for easy access to nearby attractions. While the road noise can sometimes be more noticeable, this may be more of a personal preference, as we’re accustomed to a very quiet environment. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, impeccably clean, and designed for comfort. It offers a wonderfully sociable communal space where families can relax and enjoy time together. The bedrooms are spacious, and the convenience of having two toilets makes sharing the space effortless. Clare is a very responsive host and dealt with a couple of early questions from us, on arrival, without a hitch. Although the free parking is a bit of a walk from the apartment, you can pull up right outside the front door to drop off bags. However, as the road can be quite busy, this might briefly hold up some traffic. All in all, we had a fantastic stay at Clare's place and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Pebbles by the Bay is a wonderful place with a great view of the sea. We stayed for a couple of nights and found the place exactly as advertised. Checking in, finding the parking and pretty much everything else was spot on. The place benefits from its close proximity to the beach, the local pier and there are plenty of eating joints at walking distance. Anji is a great host and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great time this summer.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place for our one night stay. Very comfortable bed and everything you need. Pretty garden in the sunshine. Alison extremely accommodating and friendly. I had an appointment at Queen Victoria hospital and the apartment was only 10 minutes away, making my trip less stressful. Also a great location for sightseeing.

A lovely little nicely modern furnished homely get away, if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil weekend with your partner/spouse. Pictures look exactly the same as they do online if not better. Check-in was easy. All expectations were covered, would stay again.

Susan’s condo is fantastic. Immaculately clean, with wonderful views from the windows and the balcony. There are stairs to negotiate and parking can be a bit of a bugger, but you’re in close proximity to seaside attractions and the buses run frequently. She was also very friendly and responsive in her texts.

Our stay at the Annexe was the best short stay we have ever had. David is such a wonderful host, so friendly & helpful in every way. We felt so relaxed from the moment we arrived, the sun was shining so took advantage of the provided sunbeds & chilled out with a nice cold beer. Was my husband’s birthday so David recommended the Indian, Raipur, a delicious meal, first class. David also recommended a day at Sovereign Harbour so caught the train to Eastbourne & off we went. Again did not disappoint, our first visit here, with sun shining again had a fabulous day & Italian meal alfresco. On the Sunday again on David’s recommendation we went to the local pub, the Castle Inn for a roast dinner with the added bonus of live music, what a wonderful end to such a lovely stay in Pevensey Bay. Fun,sun & dance, what more could we ask for . If you only need a one bedroom stay do not hesitate to book the Annexe, with David as your host you cannot fail to enjoy your stay. Janet & John Morrison
