We were so pleased to have found Maria’s annexe it was perfect, absolutely spotless everything we needed was there totally perfect and they were both a lovely couple, we’d definitely stay there again and recommend here to anyone else .

We had the most amazing weekend away, the home had everything anyone would need for a short stay! I will definitely return!

Gillian's little garden pod is a perfect place for one or two people to stay for a few days. I stayed for 3 of the coldest days in January and the pod was toasty warm and really cosy. It has everything required for a comfortable short break and is ideally situated for exploring the unspoiled Suffolk coastline. Gillian was there to welcome me upon arrival and advised me of Leiston's local amenities and also recommended what to see and do in the area. Gillian was excellent with her communication before and during my stay and was also very respectful of her guests privacy and independence. A great few days in a beautiful area and a place I definitely recommend.

Photos don't do this place justice. Lovely, clean caravan on a nice peaceful site with plenty to do for all the family. Comfy beds and super clean throughout. Really enjoyed the decking as we were lucky to have nice weather. Great location for exploring Suffolk. Also thanks to the host for answering any questions we had. 😀 Overall no complaints and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home, great location and excellent communication from host throughout

Lovely self contained home from home accomodation. Spacious and airy with everything you could need. Quiet and peaceful location with an outside seating area to enjoy too. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be booking again when we visit family in the area. Next time we will probably go on one of the lovely local walks too.

Rachel was a great host, always available for any questions or queries. The house is amazing, we all had an amazing time.

What a fabulous stay My family have just had at Lance's lodge. Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and the view of the lakes was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable both the en suites were huge! perfectly situated on the quieter side of the site and still only a 5 minute walk to the club house and shop. Debbie the caretaker was excellent. She was very helpful and clearly works very hard to maintain the lodge to such a high standard. We will definitely be looking to come back Asap.

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!
