This was a great property, so spacious, clean and very modern. The open plan kitchen was spotless and a lovely size with a full size table to be able sit at. The front room had everything you could need with very comfortable sofas. There were three very good size bedrooms with double beds in all three of them, one of the bedrooms has an on-suite with a shower which was a lovely touch. This house is in a great location, 5 to 10 min flat walk to the town and pier. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. This place was very cosy, just like the photo's. Hannah gave us very easy instructions and had a quick response. We would definitely stay again 😊. Only a 15 minute walk to the town. There is a lovely restaurant just over the bridge if you didn't fancy going to the town, and a shop 5 minute walk down the road. great location 👌

A lovely house tucked away in the forest. Plenty of places to walk to and not far to drive to the coast. Great house and the hot tub is lovely, was running when we arrived. The WiFi was not working a lot of the time unfortunately and limited phone signal but always a good excuse to read a book.

We had a lovely stay, the house was brilliant and very comfortable. Carol was a friendly, welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed and more. She also went the extra mile with extra little touches, including baking us fresh scones as we arrived.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo’s place. The annex was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, plus more! The croissants, bread, chocolates, wine, juice and yoghurts Jo left us were a lovely touch, as were the treats for our dog! We also enjoyed the use of the exercise equipment. The area is absolutely stunning. Thank you Jo - we had a lovely weekend!

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The house is really homely, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was a fantastic bonus - a real sun trap that made a sunny Easter weekend all the more enjoyable. The area is really quiet and walking distance to great restaurants, walks, the 'beach' is at the end of the lane. The bikes are as described (heavy and uncomfortable) , but if you bring your own the side access to the back yard makes it easy. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful little part of the world. Lovely, ate breakfast outside one morning. The view from the house over Long Melford green is stunning. Amenities in the house were great, beds comfy . Only issue I had was no walk in shower. With age I find it very difficult to step in and out of a bath tub especially with no slip proof mat. I must have missed this on the details BUT all in all it was an absolutely gorgeous house to stay in and Yes I would book again ( and bring my own slip proof bath mat ) . Highly recommend this house for a stay in beautiful Long Melford.

Superb host, superb property, lovely quiet village location .. directly into countryside for great walks. House and grounds were great .. all bedrooms and bathrooms super with lovely lounge and kitchen . Plenty of space for 8 adults plus dogs for a long weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Had a lovely few days at the Crows nest, would highly recommend, the location was great for restaurants and shops. We couldn’t fault the apartment it had every thing we needed, very comfortable would definitely like to return

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Lovely cosy flat with everything you needed with lovely surroundings. Julia was a great very friendly host very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay would recommend her flat as a great place to stay.

We loved this place, brilliant wrap around veranda, spacious airy rooms, peaceful but with most of the appliances from home...even a tv in the bedroom! The kitchen is great but if you don't fancy cooking there is the hotel 10 mins walk away with two bars serving food and if you go after 7pm you can call for a shuttle to take you there and back for free. It's like getting a lovely break in the country with tv, WiFi and a pub/ restaurant nearby if you get bored of all the nature! The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.
