Kristen was a wonderful host, we could tell she really cares about what she does. Everything was cleaned and stocked very well. It is located only a few minutes from some very good eats! We will definitely be staying here again!

I can not express enough how awesome this stay was! It is SO secluded, you would never ever even think it is attached to Anita’s house! It is in a great location and only 15 to 20 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou springs. The place was very clean and organized. It has every possible kitchen attachment you may need. I was able to cook a thanksgiving meal for my family of four while staying here. If you are unable to leave due to weather conditions or you would rather stay in. This Air B and B has tons to do! We loved the media room and pool table. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Anita, this was such a wonderful stay for our family. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

I tried 4 different Housing rentals in the area and Martha’s place was beyond the best. From her very comfortable home and peaceful neighborhood, to having all appliances you could need, this place is 10 out of 10. Enjoy the large TV, the comfortable queen bed, the spotless, and clean smelling home. Thank you, Martha for having such comfortable towels, cotton sheets; which are hard to come by these days. Having a side-by-side washer and dryer is always a fancy luxury, thanks for that! I really hate those stacked connected ones where the washer door can not be lifted all the way. They never clean right.

Brenda’s rental is absolutely lovely. It has everything needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay, including clean linens, outdoor seating, & ample space for grilling, lounging, etc. The view from this rental is beautiful & the hosts are responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a more quiet, well-kept spot to enjoy a weekend away to Colorado Springs. Highly recommend Brenda’s rental!

We had a great time at Kristen’s place. We stayed for 4 weeks as we were working in Colorado Springs for the month. Kristen was very nice and responsive. We had no issues with our stay. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean place to stay for a short visit or a longer stay!

The place was amazing I will definitely be staying there for now on. Kristen was amazing host she answered all my questions and gave great food suggestions for people not from the area.

What a time I had here!!! Such a unique, cozy experience staying here. Joey was super helpful in providing recommendations on what to do in the area and was in close touch before and during our visit. My only wish is that iwe could've stayed longer😊. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location in close proximity to Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, and many other attractions in the area. The house was clean and comfortable and communication with Cindy was easy - we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Was nice using the hot tub and massage chair after beating our body’s up hiking and site seeing for the last 4 day! Definitely helped recovery wise! Kitchen and rest of the house had plenty of extra stuff for us to use incase we forgot something, but with a girlfriend like mine, we brought majority of the things she had for us! Highly recommend

This was my third time staying here and it was another awesome trip. The hosts are amazing and their home is beautiful and right in the heart of all Colorado Springs has to offer. Within minutes you can tour Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, visit Cheyenne Mountain/Zoo, walk around downtown Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City for fun shops, visit all of the museums. Close to Fort Carson and other military installations. Plus adorable deer/wildlife that will visit you daily :)

We really enjoyed our stay here! Such a unique home and the back yard is so cool! The backyard is also fenced in so you feel more secluded which I liked. Definitely recommend!

Debra's place was exactly how it was described. Host were extremely helpful and responsive with questions. I really appreciated the extra fire wood and enjoy our stay at Debra's place. We will be back.

Jeremy’s place was just perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was a dream… there were plenty of blankets around which I love and the color scheme was great. We literally felt right at home. Cozy beds and nice vibe. Would 100% stay again.
