The house is in a very good location and has many amenities. The cleanliness is amazing. The man who manages the house is a very good man. If anyone comes here for tourism or other reasons, I would recommend them to rent this house.

Taha's place was indeed a home away from home. The house was exactly as pictured, with access to back up power (which I needed as I was working remotely) and a washing machine (which made laundry super easy). The house was regularly cleaned by a very lovely lady, who also taught me how to make authentic cardamom tea. Taha was extremely responsive, and was able to share relevant information that made planning the trip seamless. We enjoyed the neighbourhood as it had access to all the provisions we needed with fresh produce and groceries just a short walk away. The Tolichowki area also had several shops along the main road (Airtel, apparel outlets, supermarkets). I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay .Mustafa was very responsive and helpful host, always available to assist with any questions. The house was spotless and well-maintained. It's also very close to AIG Hospital, making it a great choice for anyone coming for check-ups or medical visits.

The place was awesome. The host was very helpful especially since I left my personal items behind and he ensured they were kept safe until I collected them 24 hours later. the place a lovely quaint and private penthouse and definetly worth it's money. I would be surprised if the place would not get booked out all the time. I wished I stayed back for a few more days. the balcony is quite large and peaceful and so is the terrace. felt like a cottage home :)

The apartment is extremely spacious and well kept. It was perfect for our reunion with enough and more space for our gathering. Everyone who stayed remarked that it was lovely. Kshitij was very responsive from the very outset and very polite in all our interactions. The apartment is well located and in a quiet neighborhood. Kshitij was also kind to send recommendations of local restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Getaway! This villa was absolutely stunning! The design and attention to detail were flawless, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This villa is one of the best we have stayed in Hyderabad Area. It’s huge, comfortable for 10 guests and fully equipped with whatever one would need during the stay. Villa has caretaker for any need. The host is professional and responsive. The villa is spacious and Justifies the photos. I would even add pics of kitchen because it’s fully stocked. We had a great time for group of 9. I would love to come back and recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a private and comfortable stay. The home theater is amazing and you might kill a lot of time there 😜

Surya is a great host! He started off with clear location instructions. His place is perfect to stay specially if you have kids with you - feels home away from home. You get all the amenities just as mentioned. My kid was unwell and we needed to cut short our trip; Surya understood this and accepted the trip modification! We stayed at Pallavi’s place for two nights while visiting with my parents, and we had a wonderful experience. Pallavi was in touch with my mom prior to our arrival, since I had mentioned they would be reaching early while I’d still be in-flight. She was incredibly proactive and took great care of our family throughout the stay. The house looks exactly like the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Pallavi was always responsive to any questions or needs we had, and even took the time to personally visit and check in on us, which we really appreciated. I was working from home during the stay, and the internet speed was excellent—no issues at all with connectivity. The location is also a big plus: it’s in a prime area surrounded by PGs, offices, and is very accessible to the US visa stamping and Dropbox locations. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed home in the area!

Well where do I begin. The place is immaculate. It is much much better than it looks in the pictures. Very aesthetic and very beautifully decorated. The location is very easy to find and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is one of the best BnBs that I have ever been to. What should I say about the Host - he was so welcoming, it felt like home. He shared everything in detail and that helped throughout the stay. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was very considerate about everything. These are the kind of Hosts that actually live the spirit of Airbnb. Overall had an amazing stay and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Extra services that my family and kids loved - PS5, home cooked meals, cab service from airport and daily free housekeeping .

This place is wonderful! The master bedroom suite on the first floor is definitely worth the price. The host is very responsive and pro-active. Kitchen and other amenities are very nice. If you are in financial District and need a spot for quick reach to some offices and US consulate then this place is for you. If you are like me who wants tongonout for a tea and breakfast in the morning then it's not easy. Restaurant are bit far and no street side food or Tea stall. But if you are here for meeting friends , relatives and visa appointment then perfect
