Teignmouth boasts 2 beaches (a sea beach and a river beach) and is a short ferry ride to Shaldon and it's pretty town and beaches.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

It is ideally placed for the beach, Dartmoor, Jurassic Coast, SouthWest Coast Path and the Steam Service to Dartmouth.
