Spacious, sunny, self contained luxury Apartment. Private on-site parking for 2 cars. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & open plan living areas with South West facing balcony overlooking Shaldon across the Estuary. The apartment is 7-10 mins easy walk into Teignmouth centre, train & bus stations & beaches. Teignmouth is a beautiful, elegant coastal town with sandy beaches, traditional promenade, with lots of restaurants, bars & cafes. No animals allowed due to a family member with allergies

Shared private patio, people watching. Award winning restaurant steps away. Ship Inn, sailing school doors away. Tranquil/vibrant depending on season. Front beach 5 minutes walk. Shaldon Ferry, Arts Quarter, town centre, a few minutes walk. Trains 10 mins walk. Dartmoor National Park under 20 miles.

A Beautiful Botanical Sanctuary Studio by the Sea

Welcome to our beautiful botanical, quirky & unique Studio, which is an emulation of Teignmouth itself. The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. It's a great base to explore South Devon. Our recently renovated Studio has a conservatory, kitchen, sitting/bedroom with king size bed, good sized shower room, private courtyard, hanging space/ storage & a washing machine.

Peaceful Dawlish Cottage with Stunning Rural Views

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. The lighthouse-a light-filled,seaside hideaway

The lighthouse is a newly renovated, light filled flat within a Georgian property, right in the heart of Teignmouth. It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Waterfront log cabin with breathtaking views

Clearwater Cabin has jaw-dropping panoramic waterfront views & benefits from a private, south facing garden with sun deck, gazebo, barbecue & fire pit overlooking local beaches & the ocean & the Dartmoor countryside. This luxurious, beautifully furnished & extremely well equipped detached barn is located near countryside & beaches & has parking for 2 vehicles. The emphasis here is on amazing views, luxury, privacy & relaxation, perfect for a snuggly winter break or summer cabin getaway.

Large boutique property in central position.

Sylvan Cottage is a large detached 4 bedroom house within close proximity of Teignmouth town and within a 10 minute walk of Teignmouth beach. The property has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The house has 4 unique double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge area\diner and games room complete with pool table. The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.

A Victorian mid terraced house in Teignmouth, South Devon. Renovated to a high standard. A spacious accommodation which includes a living dining room. kitchen, separate utility room. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Private Annexe & Patio with Parking

The Annexe is attached to an Edwardian House. It is a fully self-contained ground floor space comprising of a double bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen with a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a TV, DVD's, CD player and an outdoor space with a delightful gazebo and a picnic table and chairs for relaxation. It is ideally placed for the beach, Dartmoor, Jurassic Coast, SouthWest Coast Path and the Steam Service to Dartmouth.
