Nice safe place to stay…

The Vintage Inn was perfect for our overnight stay in Wellington. Room was perfect with nice pub and good breakfast in the morning. Dave was very friendly and helpful.

As ever Jan was a fantastic host. Lovely rooms with a great view and excellent breakfasts.

I stayed at Poltimore’s family suite- 5 adults and one child. I would say that the property is maintained by the owners with love and care. The family suite is spacious, with a living room, 3 bedrooms and one and half bathrooms. The view from each room is beautiful. Food in the restaurant is good and collection of wines and beers is amazing! All the staff at the property is lovely, welcoming and make sure that the stay is comfortable. I would definitely come back to stay at Poltimore inn.

Nogle dejlige rolige dage i et historisk interessant sted i landlige omgivelser. Princetown er et godt udgangspunkt for vandreture over heden. Det er muligt at spise aftensmad i Princetown, som ligger en km fra Tor Royal Farm. Hyggeligt at bo på en gård med køer, får og venlige hyrdehunde.

Stayed with Nicky and Si for a couple of days in Swimbridge and I think the most tranquil AirBnB I’ve stayed at yet! Breakfasts were continental and lots of choice, and Nicky was great in responding quickly to queries on check in and the room. The room was clean and well put together overlooking a great view of the church.

Amazing find of a place on the south side of Plymouth, near ferry departures. Friendly, helpful host and excellent response times. Great value.

Stunning views, amazingly comfy bed, the best breakfast the husband has ever had…….. extreme quality and the most wonderful hostess. We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

Roy and Chris are wonderful hosts, they were really helpful when I got lost, very welcoming and the breakfast and soup were fantastic. The rooms were really warm cozy and well equipped and the bed was extremely comfy. Thank you so much for a fantastic friendly stay.

Jo is a lovely person very accommodating and always has a smile on her face.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Paignton.Keep up the good work Jo.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dartmouth. The location is within a few minutes walk to the centre of town (on the flat as well) and parking is available on the street. The room was comfortable and nice and clean. Alison is an excellent host making sure we had everything we needed and served up delicious breakfasts in the morning. Thanks - Alan and Julia

It’s was a brilliant place, the area is perfect, very beautiful and quiet but also very close to travel into the city or seaside! Would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful place! The village is unbelievably picturesque and Sall’s beautiful Robins accommodation was comfortable, homey and welcoming. I loved the little touches, like bread and jam to make midnight toast (I enjoyed that) and a fridge stocked with juices, butter, milk… all the basics if you forget to buy supplies like I did. Sall’s directions were easy to follow, and she was most helpful about advice for spotting Dartmoor ponies. I took the suggestions she offered and had a wonderful trip. Thank you Sall!

Rene was such a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. We were sad to leave and would love return at some point in the future.

We were greeted by Julie and Graham, and got a warm welcome from Max the family dog too. The property is beautiful, so cozy and inviting, Julie and Graham are the warmest of hosts, even supplied homemade cake....just perfect. If you're in the area I can highly recommend this cozy cottage.....just amazing.

I honestly have one word to describe Rita and that is perfect. It was an amazing weekend away from work and responsibilities and Rita made us feel right at home. Not only was she always willing to help and carried a smile on her face but she helped us with recommendations on where to go for dinner and what to do during the day. Her hospitality could not have been better and we could not have had a better time there. We cannot wait to go back soon and do more things. It was the loveliest weekend thank you so much

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay where you are made to feel welcome, one where you can come and go as you need to, this is where I recommend you stay. I had a week of being totally looked after from coffee being made for me, fresh strawberries from the garden with breakfast i so recommend you have the cook breakfast, delicious!! I had a great time learning all about the chickens & seeing one day old chicks. I got to see & learn about their home grown fruit & veg. I will always remember how welcome I was made to feel in someones home I didn’t know. They are the warmest, kindest, friendliest & caring two people. I would absolutely stay again. Another guest came every year to see family & would always stay with Suzie & Steve - You will understand why! Thank you Suzie & Steve for making a stressful time so much easier. I think you are both wonderful & if I am ever in the area again I will be over to stay for so many reasons, one being your delicious breakfast - Thank you!!

The room is very comfortable and quiet and both Rebecca and her gorgeous dog Tess were welcoming and charming. It's a lovely homely place to stay. I would've loved to stay longer.

What a delightful old-fashioned B&B. Lovely, friendly hosts, comfortable room (it's old and quirky but that's clear when you book) and the cooked breakfast was simply delicious - made with care. You even get home-made marmalade and toast with your tea in china cups. The pond and ducks complete the scene. Thanks Rosemarie!

Our stay with Anne & Jonathan was perfect. They both made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring their farm. Anne is also a wonderful passionate cook, we were spoilt with her delicious home made food. Many fruits and veggies were grown on their land. The standard of the accommodation is also very high with a fine attention to detail and wonderful old furniture. The stay suited us perfectly and really look forward to staying again with them. I typically, like your average non-compliant Airbnb patron, shy away from leaving reviews. However, this stay is more than worthy of one—and a Gold Star 7! (Even though I’m tempted to gatekeep…) Firstly, the entire property completely exceeded my preconceived notions room more spacious than picture depict. The bed? Soft, fluffy, and with just the right depth of mattress—absolute perfection. **Nothing, and I repeat, nothing in this review can fully articulate the ambiance of the room***. It delivered a true sense of tranquility and a much-needed recharge. Safe to say, I slept very well. The bathroom? Ultra-modern with great lighting! **the hosts—truly the warmest, most accommodating, professional, and inviting people. In a nutshell: • Fit for function – 10/10 • Cleanliness – 10/10 • Aura & ambiance – 10/10 • warm helpful host- 20/20 Overall: 5 stars.
