This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this charming barn conversion in Sufers is the ideal alpine retreat.

Attic apartment with a large panoramic arch window and terrace in a typical stone house. Our House "Solee Caterina - Tradizionecasa" in Madesimo is a third floor attic. The apartment disposes of 55m2 and is divided in two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room facade has a large arch window of 5x2,5m and a wooden terrace with a little table and chairs. The view is towards southwest, where you can see the beautiful San Sisto valley and Quadro peak.

La SUITE 103 é situata all’interno della storica locanda del Cardinello. I nostri ospiti potranno usufruire di una abbondante colazione presso il nostro ristorante (nei periodi di apertura dello stesso). Disponibile su richiesta una bellissima sauna e noleggio e-bike. In pochi minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il lago, un’ampia area giochi per bambini e la stazione autobus con i principali collegamenti (stazione di Chiavenna, piste da sci).

Meine Unterkunft ist familienfreundliche und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der komfortablen Betten,den beiden Küchen, dem Ausblick und der Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer hat es ein Sitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Familien (mit Kindern) und kleine Gruppen. Nächstes Skigebiet ist in Splügen (5 Min. mit dem Auto)

Camera matrimoniale e camera con due letti a castello per un totale di 6 posti letto. Il bagno dispone di lavatrice e vasca da bagno. La cucina ha tutti gli accessori e gli elettrodomestici necessari.
