The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

The Lake House on Amaroo - Waterfront/Free Wifi

The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

Lake House on Smiths is a perfect couples retreat located on the lake in a beautiful bush reserve setting. Wake to a glorious sunrise, superb view and melodious sounds from kookaburras, currawongs, lorikeets & rosellas. Enjoy paddle boarding & swimming, take a picnic at Myall Lakes, venture for beach walks at Seal Rocks or grab a coffee and a meal at Blueys Beach. End the day with happy hour on the deck, a perfect sunset, romantic moonlight and some of the best star gazing on offer! Bliss!!

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

It's absolute waterfront just metres to the waters edge.You can fish, swim, kayak direct from your backyard. There's an abundance of wildlife right at your doorstep, including koalas, dolphins and pelicans. Located right on the Tiligerry Peninsula take a stroll along the koala habitat to the Albatross Marina or sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite drink while taking in the beautiful view.

Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Located on the banks of the Myall River at Bulahdelah, " Riversedge too " offers a riverside retreat on the edge of town overlooking the surrounding farmland and forests. With navigable water to the Myall Lakes, the property is ideal for canoeists, bike riders and bird watchers - the world famous Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes National Park and coastal surfing beaches are all a short distance away. The detached cottage has been specifically designed for privacy views, and relaxation.

Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Smiths Lake is a coastal village approximately 3.5 hours north of Sydney within the beautiful Great Lakes District. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.
