90 mile paradise apartment is north facing (sunshine all day long) with magnificent views of 90 mile beach and the Tasman Ocean with only a 1 minute walk to the beach. You will fall asleep and wake up to the crashing sounds of weaves and smell of the ocean. In the kitchen you can cook your own meal, or use the BBQ outside and eat outdoors comfortably. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with the sound of the sea and a view direct to beach. A 60sec walk to a safe swimming and surfing beach or just sit on your own deck and enjoy the view, listening to the crash of the waves. Its an easy walk around the rocks(not at high tide) to Shipwreck Bay and further on to more beaches. For the more adventurous, climb the sand dune to experience the most amazing views to Ninety Mile Beach and behind to another world.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
