Easy reach to Cornwall and north coast. We welcome small dogs with manners as we have chickens, cats and a horse on site. Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Located in an area of outstanding natural landscape it's nestled amongst lush farmland, woods and rolling hills, a true nature lovers paradise.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Big Broom Cupboard is a wood framed contemporary house. Built to an exacting standard, with underfloor heating in all rooms, is is warm and cosy as well as being light and airy. Situated in a rural location with stunning views across the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, half a mile from the picturesque village of Milton Combe (with excellent pub) and one mile from the Dartmoor National Park. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.
