While a bit far from supermarkets and downtown, the natural beauty and serene environment more than make up for it. Recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat, with a note of caution about the noise in communal spaces.

Nice room with own shower and toilet, TV and AC, like a hotel room or even better! Pool is just few steps from the balcony door. The breakfast was ok, some bread, cheese and ham, yogurt and cereal + fruits, coffee and hot chocolate. Nice and cheap restaurant just few min walk from the place. Also nice beach near by, like 5-10min walkin or 2 min with a car. Good price-quality ratio.

That was very nice week spent in this house: we made a barbeque evening, we made several trips from there to Mertola, Alcoutim, Faro, Olhao, Fuzeta, Tavira, Santa Luzia. We spend some evenings at the pool. The area is perfect for family vacations: there are some sports opportunities, animals, fruit trees. A huge thanks to Arlete and her family: we just arrived, and some hours later there is happened electricity grid blackout in the whole country Portugal and Spain; Arlet and her mother have cooked and brought us some food, candles, matches - even this evening is a nice remembrance 😚😇

Enjoyed a great 3 nights here in September., but could easily spend a week here. The plan was to do some walking, but all we did was enjoy the sun on the terrace in the morning till 3pm, then found a suntrap in the beautiful gardens in the afternoon. The pool was great for a dip and although it seemed all the properties were occupied, it was still peaceful and quiet. The apartment was 5 star., very well equipped and decorated. Easy drive up and there is a decent supermarket 8 mins drive away. And......so quiet, no dogs barking all night, like you can get in Spain. 100% recommended and would not hesitate to return.

This place is in a beautiful area and the Airbnb sits within stunning surroundings. Walking paths lined with flowers, gorgeous views, and the cottage was lovely. Authentic in the best way and the host is wonderful. I will book it again.

A great compact room inside a well run clean hostel. Breakfast was amazing and free.

Adorámos a nossa estadia, enganei-me na data da reserva e foram muito compreensivos e encontraram rapidamente uma solução. Fomos igualmente surpreendidos com o pequeno-almoço que estava incluído no valor na estadia. Foi perfeito!

Die Unterkunft von Sarah ist wundervoll. Schön eingerichtet. Gemütlich. Gross genug für zwei und doch kuschlig klein. Der Strand ist super nah. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Einheimische. Eine schöne Mischung aus Tourismus und Originalität. Wir sind mit unserem Mietauto ganz einfach zur Unterkunft gekommen. Parkplätze gab es immer kostenlos vor dem Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Auch Sarah war immer da und hat schnell auf Nachricht geantwortet, wenn wir was brauchten. Die beiden Hunde haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen!

It was a wonderful stay at Rita’s place, which has been renovated super nicely! Very beautiful, charming and calm place - perfect for a stay around the Algarve by car. Rita was very friendly and supportive. Would definitely come back 🙌🏻

The host is super kind and friendly. Answered all the questions, super helpful when it comes to local recommendations. Our room was clean and very spacious. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner but overall very nice accommodation. Would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Kristin’s Airbnb was perfect for our small family gathering—private, quiet, and beautifully serene. The secluded location let us enjoy the village while still being a short drive from other busier communities. She provided us with fantastic restaurant recommendations we loved and was always super responsive to messages. The property was stunning, just like the photos, even in poor weather, with a great pool, open green space, a playground, and a pond. Kristen was a wonderful host—kind and thoughtful. She added plenty of children’s items as well that made our stay stress-free and extra enjoyable for our kids. If I’m ever back in Portugal, I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Das von uns gebuchte Scheunenzimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten mit einer schönen geräumigen Dusche. Es gab ein frisches Frühstücksangebot und darüber hinaus alles was man braucht.

Das Zimmer u. die angrenzende Küche, waren sehr schön. In der Küche war alles, was man braucht und der Frühstückstisch war super toll eingedeckt. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bad, speziell das Waschbecken, waren sehr klein. Für uns, auch für 2 Tage war es ideal. In ca. 10min war man in der Altstadt und im Hafen. Wir können es gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, tolle Lage, schönes/sauberes Zimmer. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und großzügig, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das WLAN ist gut und Goncalo war immer super zu erreichen.

Une vue sur la ville à couper le souffle, loin du bruit mais prêt de tout (en voiture ;)) Leurs chiens Thaiko et Bruno sont des amours et ont sublimer ces vacances ! La maison a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d’excellents moments en famille ou être amis. Un lieu pour vivre une vraie parenthèse MERCI !

Logement impeccable pour les personnes aimant le calme. Disposer d’un véhicule est impératif. Hébergement simple mais propre et fonctionnel, et à proximité des jolies randonnées de l’Algarve. La terrasse en roof-top avec une vue magnifique sublime les apéros. Magnifique jardin et piscine à disposition. Notre hôte a été très sympathique et réactif, toujours avec le sourire. Il parle un français correct ce qui à grandement facilité la communication, donc notre séjour.

Jeg digger dette stedet: det er fint, det er ryddig, alt fungerer samt et fabelaktig uteareal. Rui er en fabelaktig vert: fin dialog, han er proaktiv og kommer med gode tips for området. En av mine beste Airbnb-opplevelser.
