My house is set in a steep valley on the edge of Exmoor with views to the surrounding hills. The village has a very well stocked shop, playing field, village hall and local pub with good food. It is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor, Minehead and the coast which is only 4 miles away. Roadwater is situated on the Coleridge Way for a convenient overnight stop. There is a large garden which guests are welcome to enjoy. Another room with bunk beds is on separate listing. Breakfast is included.

You will breakfast in the original 1620 house but sleep in a stylish bedroom and have access to a private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. 5 minutes from M5 junction 23, this village property has history, charm and excellent amenities.
