A turn of the century villa with an interesting history! For it's first 30 years it was the 2nd story of one of the areas original farmsteads before being split from the ground level and relocated 100m north to where it sits today. Privately nestled in amongst heritage trees on a large section you could be mistaken for being in the country. Lovingly renovated and restored in 2019, this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa now offers the perfect mix of modern conveniences and original features.

Classic NZ 1920 villa within a family-friendly neighbourhood. The area is lived-in and authentic — a friendly local community rather than a tourist spot. Fenced backyard with garden furniture; one neighbouring garden is untamed but adds character and a local feel. Simple, comfortable, clutter-free interior. Kitchen stocked with basics; soap provided (bring shampoo/conditioner). Ideal for guests seeking an honest, relaxed stay close to restaurants and supermarkets. Local vineyard tours pick up.

Green Tree Haven–Peaceful Estuary Near Abel Tasman

Green Tree Haven is a peaceful waterfront nature escape on a quiet estuary with trees, colorful garden, and birdlife. At high tide, launch a kayak from the front lawn and explore the calm water of Tasman Bay. Only 5 minutes to Motueka, 10 minutes to the golden beaches of Kaiteriteri, and 20 minutes to Marahau, gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. You can bike on The Great Taste Trail. Your hosts Tim & Michelle are happy to share local tips to make your stay smooth and memorable.

Picton Paradise is located beside the Picton - Waikawa Bay walking and cycle track. 15 min stroll to town. Very quite residential street fully fenced section with stunning views of bush covered hillsides. Room to park the boat up the drive. Great indoor outdoor flow you will love our outdoor entertainment area with Outdoor Kitchen fully equipped with a BBQ, Pizza Oven, Fridge Freezer, TV and more. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups.
