Elegant Villa Nestled In The Trees

A turn of the century villa with an interesting history! For it's first 30 years it was the 2nd story of one of the areas original farmsteads before being split from the ground level and relocated 100m north to where it sits today. Privately nestled in amongst heritage trees on a large section you could be mistaken for being in the country. Lovingly renovated and restored in 2019, this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa now offers the perfect mix of modern conveniences and original features.

We are located 5 minutes from Motueka and 20 from Marahau in the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park. 10minutes from Kaiteriteri and right on the Great Taste trail. 60mins from Tākaka. Your hosts Tim and Michelle are on the back of the property and happy to help you make your holiday as smooth as possible.

Very quite residential street fully fenced section with stunning views of bush covered hillsides. Room to park the boat up the drive. Great indoor outdoor flow you will love our outdoor entertainment area with Outdoor Kitchen fully equipped with a BBQ, Pizza Oven, Fridge Freezer, TV and more. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups.

Olive Tree villa, Redwoodtown, Blenheim with pool

As featured on the youtube series ‘find the perfect place’. (Ep54). This is a charming old villa (built 1904). You'll be surprised at how well this has been restored - with modern features, tranquil gardens, a seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the in-ground pool, outdoor areas for relaxing, and tranquil gardens. We're repeatedly told this is a special place for a Marlborough retreat, and with two couples you can share the costs. So come experience for yourself.

Blissful Retreat in the Heart of Mapua Village

Located in the heart of the village, Mapua Fernz is a 5 minute walk to the village centre and to the famous Mapua Wharf, renown for its art galleries, cafe's and restaurants. Mapua translates to abundance. When you arrive in Mapua you will feel like you have left the rest of the world behind, stress dissipates and you feel relaxed straight away.
