Están totalmente aisladas y cuentan con entrada independiente desde la calle y amplia y soleada terraza para los inquilinos. Aire acondicionado (frío/calor) en todas las habitaciones. Dos baños completos (suite y general). Comedor con cocina americana. Suite con sala de baño y vestidor. Habitación con dos literas. Sala de estar con TV, sillones y sofá (cama).
