Spacious sunny modern flat on the 10th floor of the beautifully renovated Wennberg Silo, a former storage silo converted in 2004 into a residential property by the award-winning architect Tage Lyneborg. Free parking at the building. Shared 230 sqm roof terrace. Boat-bus to Nyhavn and city center at the doorstep. One big livingroom with a kitchen corner, terrace facing S-W and canal. Bedroom with a queen-size bed. Extra-comfort 140x200 seeping-sofa in the living room. You can swim in the canal!

Apartment, Scandinavian style in Copenhagen

City vacation by the beach. Free parking for 3 days with the possibility of extension Imagine Copenhagen city so near by and at the same time enjoying the sea at one of the best beaches in Denmark. Our nice apartment gives you a true feeling of city life, combined with active beach life. Have a lunch in the sun at the terrace, inside the apartment or take it to the beach- enjoying the sea view. In the evening, you can also have a barbeque on the terrace, while you are enjoying the evening sun.

Velkommen til vores fantastiske nyopførte luksuslejlighed beliggende på Islands Brygge med smuk udsigt over vandet - start dine dage med en morgen svømmetur. Den store lejlighed på 165 m2 er indrettet med stilfulde danske designklassikere, der skaber en afslappende ramme for jeres ferie. Rummene har masser af dagslys, der strømmer ind fra de store vinduer, der fører ud til balkonen med panoramaudsigt over havnen og Amager fælled. Lejligheden ligger direkte på havnekajen ca. 1,5 km fra Tivoli.

Luxury apartment with privat parking place.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Luksuslejlighed omkranset af vand, byliv og natur

Experience the Amsterdam of Copenhagen in this extraordinary apartment, situated right on the water surrounded by nature and a vibrating city. Enjoy the sunset and the sunrise from the apartment and its 3 balconies and private rooftop. Go for a morning swim by the harbour bath. 10-15 minutes away from the city center. This apartment is ideal for the grown couple who wishes to enjoy all the spoils of our lovely capital while sleeping far away from all the noise of a vibrant city.

Moderne lejlighed i roligt område tæt på centrum

Vores lejlighed ligger i et skønt familievenligt område i gå afstand til centrum. Den ligger lige ud til Københavns Havn, som er meget ren og hvor københavnerne bader om sommeren. Her er ingen trafik, da det er for enden af en vej og her er ikke fester og larm, som i den gamle del af Islands Brygge. Med byens gangbroer og cykel broer er du tæt på byen og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Lejligheden er bygget i 2018 og er lys og moderne indrettet med alt hvad du skal bruge.

Hyggelig lejlighed tæt på byliv, strand og natur.

Æstetisk smuk villalejlighed i hjertet af København Sundby. Et stenkast fra naturskøn strand og indre København. Området er centralt placeret nær bus, metro og din bil kan holde gratis på vejen. Metroen tager dig til Indre København på blot 10 minutter. Lejligheden er en del af et ældre hus med to lejligheder. Denne lejlighed ligger på 1. Sal. Hele huset og begge lejligheder er totalrenoveret i 2020. Lejligheden er 10 min fra Københavns Lufthavn i bil el. metro.

Unique beach fronting house close to everything

Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. This is the house our family live in on a permanent basis. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

Harbour View, 168m2 luxurious city appartment

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.

Lejlighed med udsigt til vandet

Lejlighed på Islands Brygge - tæt på byen - men samtidigt roligt på terrassen med udsigt til havnen, bådene og vandet som du kan tage en svømmetur i. Du kan let leje en Donkey cykel rundt om hjørnet, så du kan cykle rundt i København, til Reffen Street Food, opleve Christiania og Den lille Havfrue. Aftenen på terrassen byder både på lyden af Rådhusklokkerne, fyrværkeriet i Tivoli og lyden fra bådene i vandet, der sejler tæt forbi terressen.

Beautiful apartment with sea view close to centre

Beautiful apartment with a large balcony and a fantastic sea view. Only 8 minutes by metro from the airport. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny balcony, followed by a nice walk (or run) along the beach. Take a dip at Helgoland and eat brunch at one of the many brunch places in the area. In the evening you can take the metro 7 minutes to the city center and have a wonderful dinner at one of Copenhagen's fantastic restaurants.
