The place is exactly like the photos. Check in & check out procedures are simple and hassel free. There is a few little stores and laundry matt across the road. The roof top pool and restaurant is very nice and can also eat downstairs in front of the pool. The apartment is away from the hustle and its so peaceful & you can easily get a side car or grab to the main action and shopping malls and it's so cheap. There is security at the main entrance so you always feel safe, even walking around outside is safe. The room was very clean and the bed is so comfortable! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and dealing with Kaye was so easy and she's very responsive. Make sure you book this place, you won't be disappointed!!! I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

Kixx's place is the best area to chose if you have business trips around Mabalacat Pampanga. Easy to commute and accessible. Though the strong smell of Naptalene is just a little bit off. But everything was commendable. The host was very accommodating.

The place is superb. Super clean, spacious, has very cold AC. On top of that, you have a very thoughtful and responsive owner as well as caretaker. Overall, this place exceeded our expectation and we really enjoyed our stay. This will now be in our list of places to consider on our yearly visit in Pampanga.

The place is beautiful and peaceful. If you want to relax and have a province feels, this is the place for you. The house is spacious. The kitchen is spacious. It was nice to have a lanai, we mostly hung out there and chatted. It is good for family staycation also. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. And we will be back.

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

Extended our stay in Clark and we’re glad we found this place! The host is very responsive. The unit is clean, has a nice view, a comfortable bed and sofa, cold aircon, good lighting and even a humidifier. My only concern is the table in front of the cabinet, it’s almost broken and should be disposed of. The legs are unstable and the surface is no longer straight. Thank you for accommodating my last minute request. 😊

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The place was nice, has complete amenities with three pools, gym, and rooftop deck. The owner was very accommodating when we accidentally left an item behind, they kindly agreed to deliver it back. Will definitely come back in the future.

My Family really loves the location specially these units of Luz and Antonio, that’s why keep on coming back, and will always comeback for all our clark vacations. Building - People here are very respectful. Koreans in this S3 Building knows when to shut the noise/loud talkings once they entered the building specially the elevators. I feel like they are very pinoy in this building. 😅 Water - high pressure at all times. Shower all you want. Parking - A LOT of spots/slots. Just be mindful this place is very peaceful so be easy of accelerators if you have loud mufflers. 🙌 Security - Highly secured, friendly guards. 😊 Unit and CR - super clean, no bad odors from plumbing/sewer lines. AC - super cool. No bad odors, can’t smell any. ❤️ Curtains - Can really blackout the place if you want some extended sleep at day time. 🛌 Balcony - super relaxing, fresh air.😌 Laundry machine - new and easy to use.
