Great communication and accurate description of the condo. Everything worked (codes, tv, internet ect.) and was in good shape.

We had a perfect long weekend at Steven's cottage. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and was immaculately clean when we arrived. Steven was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. The place is incredibly peaceful, a 2 min walk from the lake, on a private road where Steven owns all three houses. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to spend time at this oasis with my partner and our best friends. There's a lot to love, but the best part is that the house comes with a private deck and dock, and unlimited access to various boats, to make your lake weekend whatever you want it to be. We loved that we could take our dogs to play fetch off the dock and not worry about getting in anyone's way or having to share any space. It was a great stay and we hope to go back!

Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

Everything was awesome! The house was very clean and very comfortable beds. You cannot beat the location, as it is walking distance to Holiday Mountain. Sean was awesome accommodating us at the last minute when our other lodging canceled. The responsiveness was great. Would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend this place enough!

The place was great - everything we asked for and more. The place exceeded our expectations! The hosts were super nice and welcoming, very responsive - would definitely come here again, and recommend people to check this place out for a getaway weekend at Greenwood Lake

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

This was a great place to stay. Fireplace was great and furniture was comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed. The lake view was superb. Great rooms especially the upstairs master suite. I'm sure it's great in the summer too, but was a great winter home stay for us.

What a great place to stay with your dogs. From the moment we entered, we felt dogs were welcome. The fact that it was pet friendly did not impact the quality of our stay. It was cozy, comfortable & impeccably clean. Our hostess was very responsive. I was concerned about the safety of the walkway due to ice & our Michelle had extra salt added to the driveway prior to our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would love to stay again.
