Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

Entire self contained barn in Oving near Goodwood

The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. Cosy 1 bedroom cottage located in Halnaker, near Goodwood, West Sussex. Perfect for a romantic break, the cottage has views over looking the local vineyard. Ideal base for exploring the Southdown National Park, Goodwood Estate and just a 10 minute drive to the cathedral city of Chichester. Arundel and Petworth are a short drive away. The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.

Located 6 miles east of Chichester and Goodwood - easy access to both; close to Arundel, the South Downs National Park and perfectly situated to explore the beautiful countryside and beaches of the south coast. Fontwell racecourse is within easy walking distance.

Part of our private home in the pretty Sussex village of Oving, The Barn has its own independent access & facilities,. The Barn is conveniently located for a wide variety of local attractions from blue flag beaches to The South Downs & Goodwood, A knowledgeable & helpful, yet discrete, host is on hand to help you plan your visit.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
