Splendida villetta sul mare con vista mozzafiato,unica nel suo genere, adatta alle famiglie con bambini o giovani coppie che vogliono rilassarsi e godere del mare e della spiaggia,dotata di tutti i comforta due passi dalla spiaggia di bados,a pochi km da Golfo Aranci e Olbia è il posto ideale per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla, in un posto incantevole. L' appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, arredato con cura,dotato di wi-fi, smart TV, aria condizionata, impianto di allarme .

The villa is at 20meters from 3 beautiful small sandy beaches. We have just built a superb infinity swimming pool facing sea and sunset. We are in a wild & spectacular protected area in front of Arcipelago la Maddalena Natural Park. The villa is equipped with full optionals, comprehensive of a nice BBQ area surrounded by spectacular granite rocks typical of this area. The villa is isolated, but Palau town is at just 3 km. free wi fi Optional housekeeping and cooking service available.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

E' la villa più alta di Baja Sardinia (Arzachena) dal terrazzo di circa 60 metri quadri si gode di una vista indimenticabile sulle isole di Caprera, Maddalena e nelle giornate più terse della Corsica. Siamo vicino a Porto Cervo,Poltu Quatu,Porto Rotondo, Arzachena .Le spiagge più belle della costa Smeralda si raggiungono in pochi minuti. Baja Sardinia offre servizi completi, comunque in poco tempo si può raggiungere la provincia di Olbia. Aria condizionata a pagamento con contatore.

The flat is stylish, comfortable and quiet and offers all the comforts, a brand new kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities. App. composto da amplio terrazzo con vista sulla spiaggia Bianca, Golfo Aranci e Tavolara; cucina+ soggiorno con divano, soppalco h. 1.50 con letto a pavimento, camera matrimoniale e bagno; La "white beach" si trova a neanche 300 mt. da voi, vi potete accedere tramite scale adiacenti al condominio, o per i più avventurieri tramite qualche piccolo sentiero.

This villa with ocean view is located in the exclusive setting of Capo di Coda Cavallo, right in front of the marine park of Tavolara and Molara islands. Cala Suaraccia (sandy beach) is only 300m away and many other stunning beaches can be reached by foot. The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.

Lovely apartment on the first floor, facing the sea, is composed of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two bunk beds, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a veranda overlooking the beach. The apartment is furnished with bespoke furniture in mahogany and oak, is equipped with crockery, washing machine and color TV. Arrivals and departures only on Saturdays and minimum booking for one week. For bookings of less than a week, contact to find out availability.
