當地旅館位在社區大樓內的樓中樓套房 由於是當天晚上才訂房且有帶小朋友，發現少訂到一張床位後，接洽櫃檯也很友善、快速地幫我們整理訂單(加床收費也不貴)。 地點非常方便，走路即可抵達礁溪最熱鬧的街，周圍也有7-11，早餐提供摩斯券但未享用到。 CP值最高的就是溫泉浴池，浴池使用石砌，有使用的舊痕漆，但無太大影響，2大1小一起泡湯，也有些許空間可平躺；缺點是溫水不易調節。 整體來說還是推薦

親子友善環境，舒適、乾淨，附近步行可到達大眾運輸工具以及購買及用餐！入住經驗非常滿意👍謝謝

Jason and Kelly are enthusiastic hosts. They enjoy meeting people and helping them to enjoy Taipei. The apartment is spacious for the price and comes with an outdoor deck, where you can eat, read, and exercise. We didn’t mind the six flights of stairs. The bedroom is quiet. Hot water, wi-fi and heater all work well. Neighborhood is safe, full of dining options, but not the most exciting in terms of shops. A bit away from the center but easy to get in on the Metro. The main drawback of the apartment is that it has no kitchen, but that is fully disclosed in the listing and may not be an issue for you.

A great place to stay if you want to be close to everything! Only a 2 minute walk to the Ximen MRT station & smack middle in Ximending Walking District. It's cosy, cheaper than hotels (and bigger) & has just what you need (if you're not fussy).

Aki’s traditional home was a window into daily life for many Taiwanese. A temple and small vegetable market are tucked away from the main streets to serve the neighborhood of small alley streets. This area has not been gentrified and there are vacant plots and not many modernized homes, but Aki’s renovation of his space was done excellently. Aki thoughtfully has put enough outlets and lights in the bedroom area, bathroom and kitchen and we did light cooking daily. Aki reached out proactively to make sure we were well taken care of. He even came part way through the stay and did a refresh for us. There are ladder-type stairs from the bedroom down to the bathroom, but we maneuvered slowly if getting up in the night. As a couple we felt comfortable in the area at all times of the day or night. Besides being tucked away and quiet, the neighborhood was near bigger markets, great restaurants and many tourist areas. The space was perfect for us and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect for two and roomy for one, I stayed in this flat for a few days while exploring Taipei. The location is solid, right by Nanjing Fuxing station with great metro and bus connections and not far from the Liaoning street night market. There was some noise from nearby construction, but I honestly didn't hear much of it thanks to the double pane windows. The flat had everything for a short stay - kettle to boil water, fridge, working desk, hanging rack where I lay out my carry on, a bathroom with hair and body wash in the shower, etc. If I were to be really picky, I might ask for a microwave, but I didn't need it with all the food options nearby. I could see myself staying here comfortably for weeks. Communication with my host was easy - I got clear instructions for check in and prompt responses to any questions I asked. Internet speeds were fine for streaming & video calls (57 Mbps download, 12 Mbps upload). Building has an elevator, but there are steps outside and in the room.

This was a great space that faces into a public park. You’re minutes away from the MRT station which was very convenient. The host was very proactive and hospitable to our family. Would stay here again.

There are just enough beds for 7 adults and 3 children. The facilities and beauty are as shown in the photos. In Taiwan, you have to be patient and not just flush toilet paper. The owner came to pick me up nearby to check in and gave me detailed information about the room. The owner is very kind. He told me about some good restaurants in the neighborhood. If possible, I would like a bath mat. And I would like glasses instead of just mugs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

Great location close to Taipei Main Station for all types of transportation to Taipei and all of Taiwan, it is a modern building just across the street from the Q Square mall. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the different types beds were great for all of us (one teen, one adult and one elderly), the furniture layout was some what different from the photos but everything we needed were in the apartment. During our stay we needed some help with some of the appliances and the H&K team helped us out within hours, big thanks to Sharon and Benny for being super attentive!

Awesome place! If possible, I'd book here again! Pros: #1 Blackout blinds in both living room and bedroom. Perfect for the international traveler/worker. Balcony is awesome. Chairs were comfortable. Beds were nice and soft. Bathroom was clean and very modern. 7-11 is 3 min walk. Con: Takes 15-25 min to walk from the closest MRT stop. Bus is closer but need to plan well. There is also ubike as well. Best to use Uber or another taxi app. Not a pro or con: No TV. I'm out traveling so I don't really need to watch TV esp when the view is awesome. There is a portable XGIMI projector that you can link your phone or laptop to. Overall the place is great for a small family or couple. The sunsets are amazing and the outside furniture is comfortable enough to sleep on.
