Responsive host, overall a clean, pleasant experience. Very close to a 7-11 and convenient. Stairs to the second floor is a little bit steep so it's better to have very young children stay on the lower floor.

At Davids place you shouldn't expect luxury in any way but the hospitality is amazing and you will have great experiences and memories from your unique stay with David.

Besides some miscommunications and being shown to the the room I didn’t room, everything else was great. The staff were very nice and helpful with giving us a lot of local recommendations. The hotel was clean, well equipped and it was worth the price. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

房源乾淨還附小陽台，寵物非常友善，有草地庭院可以讓寵物與小孩奔跑，位置需駕車前往，稍微偏僻，但也因此而寧靜，享受大自然的環境音。

位置交通方便，离公交车站很近。家里养了小猫小狗，我特别喜欢狗狗，温和亲近人！房间装修很简单，也很干净。台东的公交车是按时发车的，错过了有时要等很久。

This was a wonderful stay in every way - the host was so friendly and responsive, instructions were thorough and clear, our room was lovely and comfortable, and the surroundings are peaceful yet the location is an easy drive to lots of our favorite places in Taitung... all at a very affordable price! Sean was a delightful host. Chatting with him and other guests was a highlight of our Taiwan trip. We really enjoyed his cooking prowess. Sean and the other guests are fantastic conversationalist and we would definitely stay again. Additionally, the capsules are well insulated and very quiet.
