An easy stroll to Main Street will give your car a rest as you enjoy dining and shopping, live music from May/Oct and a wonderful Splash Park from May/Sept. Private guest patio with small gas grill. A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. Cameras are on site. 1 at the parking lot, 1 on the side deck, back deck, covered porch, up stairs open covered card/chest room, 2 on the main dock & water, 1 outside stone patio

The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. An exceptional space with a fabulous full kitchen perfect for those who like to cook, it is truly a one of a kind place to stay. The house, where John and Fiona live, and the cottage are secluded and private, but close to all of the art, culture, restaurants and dining in the nearby towns of Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

A quiet, restful retreat.

This is an in-law suite with private entrance attached to our home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom with queen bed and sofa bed. Folding baby crib (pack n play) with sheets and blankets available. There is a foldable single bed also available. We are an hour away from D.C. and Dulles Airport and 30 minutes away from Baltimore and BWI Airport. Street parking is available.

Fox Cottage *Pet Friendly*

Fox Cottage is a modern addition to our 115 year old Victorian home. It’s a One Bedroom Queen size mattress & memory foam topper. There’s a Loft with a Full Size Memory Foam Mattress. The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.

Colonial Era Spring House

A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.

Garden Cottage

Located in a beautiful and peaceful part of Maryland our Garden Cottage offers a cute and cozy getaway. A perfect escape from the city, our cottage is nestled among some of Maryland's best farmers markets, breweries, wineries, and outdoor experiences while still being conveniently located near several small towns and Frederick, MD.
