Enjoy a newly remodeled boatel in the beautiful setting in a cove right on the Ohio River. Palm on the River offers a queen bed, green, pink and black color scheme and you can watch the sunrises from your boat and deck or other seating areas on the grounds at this small marina located on the Ohio River. We have a shelter, with a grill and griddle, extra bathrooms, rustic outdoor showers and a fire pit area. It’s like camping on water. Kayaks available for rent. Enjoy beautiful sunrise’s, too!

This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. Enjoy the river view and grounds. Stay in our boatel for 2, in this beautiful setting on the Ohio River. We often have beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This is 1 of our 12 rentals on this property at this small marina including houseboat boatels, tiny house and campers. We have a shelter house with a gas grill, gas griddle and supplies. We offer 2 extra bathrooms and 2 rustic outdoor showers in our common area shelter. We have a fire pit, 3 kayaks for rent and charted pontoon boat rides.

With 4 bedrooms, each sporting a comfortable queen bed and a unique color theme to fit all different personalities. Enjoy everything the lake has to offer, sit out on the back deck and enjoy the sounds of nature, or take a quick ride into town and grab a bite to eat or do some shopping along the Ohio River.

The Charms River Side House.

This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and to hear water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

Secluded Country Home in Historic Hoosier Hills

You’ll love the property because of the private secluded location and the views. The property is good for couples, solo families (with kids), all girls/boys gatherings and big groups. The house has over 1900 square feet of living space plus a sunroom looking over the pond and woods. There are two TVs with cable connection and one tv with an antenna. One TV is in the common living area and the other tv's are in two bedrooms, Catch and release fishing is permitted.

The Lodge is located between Louisville, Lexington, Cincinnati and Indianapolis. Your farm stay at the newly renovated Lodge is located on our 80 acre family owned farm. Our farm is filled with plenty of wildlife, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, where you will easily find comfort and relaxation. Enjoy walks down the gravel lane or go rest on the back deck and listen to the tranquil sound of the fountain. There's much to enjoy on site without ever leaving.
