The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a boat shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. Welcome to Llyr House on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Tucked between Swansea and Caves Beach, this 5 bedroom home has room for everyone. Sleeping 12, with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms including a bath, indoor and outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit, pool, backyard, trampoline, under cover parking, and multimedia room. Launch the kayak into the lake across the road or drive 2 minutes to stunning Caves and Hams Beaches. Plenty of shops, dining options, and amenities nearby. We hope you love it!

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
