This was such a clean and happy house! The backyard was absolutely perfect to entertain my two small children and the adults. Marina was VERY accommodating and responsive to all our needs. One thing to mention - this house backs up to 295 so it can be quite noisy at night. But, a positive to being right by 295 is that it is easy to get to everything, especially the town center!

Clean and simple. Beautiful property and next trip up I will try to stay there again.

Alex was great with communicating prior to and after arrival. Driving directions and entry into the home were spot on. The home is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. It is very well maintained and presented very clean. Everything from the lighting, fans, A/C, Beds, pillows, cleanliness of showers were all amazing! This home is full of charm! Eclectic furnishings make this home so cool. There is an awesome little coffee and bakery shop right next-door that we visited both mornings we were there. Downtown High Springs is walking distance, one block away and is super charming if you’re into small town USA. I can’t say enough good about our stay with Alex in this comfortable home. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area next year! We found so much value at this Airbnb! Thank you for having us, Alex! We wish you continued success and prosperity!!

this place is an absolutely beautiful. William and Kay were so thoughtful and accommodating. we were arriving in late at night and they made sure to leave th lights on so it was easier to park without boat. they were also very considerate about my fur pup. and it's a place where I could bring my 80 pound dog. the only problem is I didn't stay long enough. will definitely be back. absolutely beautiful place. thank you.

Very peaceful neighborhood. Room to cook, relax, enjoy the backyard and more. We had six guests stay and had plenty of room without feeling cramped! Would book again.

This house was everything we could have hoped for and more! It was beautifully decorated with beautiful artwork that made it feel both stylish and welcoming. The entire place was spotless and clearly well cared for, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. The location was ideal just minutes from the University of Florida campus, which made it super convenient for attending events like graduation and visiting friends. It was quiet, safe, and close to great restaurants and stores too. Our hosts were outstanding they were super friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they responded immediately and made sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Gainesville. Whether you're here for UF, a weekend getaway, or anything in between, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

Enjoyed my week in Melrose. Lots to do in the area. Watching the hosts’ dog play fetch was hilarious. Would love to stay here and enjoy the quiet of the little bay on the lake. Soothing night sounds of birds and frogs on starry nights.

Steve is exceptional host. Very accommodating. Always welcoming. And I love the facilities for my horse as well.

We were traveling throughout the Sea Islands region and stopped in St. Mary's to take the ferry to Cumberland Island. Don's place was an unexpected treat!! Reviews are all excellent and spot-on, but we didn't realize how beautiful his property would be and how important it was to have creature comforts after a long day hiking. Everything was awesome!

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

Such a cool place!! Cabins are so cute and is was easy to get to!

We really enjoyed our stay- the kids and teens loved the canoes and kayaks as well as the ping pong table. The dock was a great place to relax! The buildings have some wear as described by the host but we were impressed with the cleanliness and we didn’t see even one bug inside, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay again!

Everything was great. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to have little to no reception when in the area. The wifi in the house worked fine, though.

This is a lovely, old log cabin with wood floors and beams surrounded by trees on all sides. We felt right at home immediately. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, you will appreciate this place. We met the owners and they are incredibly nice and helpful. We loved our stay and would visit again.

This place provided us with exactly what we were looking for. it was very quiet and secluded and felt like home. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and we're very responsive and communicative before and throughout our stay. we absolutely loved this little getaway and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet away from the rest of the world!

We absolutely loved our stay and our dogs had so much fun! The amenities were endless and a lot of thought was put into making sure the guest was comfortable. We especially loved feeding the birds and squirrels, hanging out on the porch, paddling on the lake, sitting and watching the view. The stay is close to silver springs and juniper springs which we both really enjoyed. We definitely hope to back! Thank you for a great stay :)

The cabin is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Quiet, tranquil, and peaceful. Easy 1 hour drive to the Golden Isles. We also enjoyed trips to parks and hiking trails in Waycross which is also about an hour away. Cabin is appointed with everything you need and Michelle is responsive to any questions and concerns you might have. Be aware that depending on when you visit it might be buggy and bug spray did very little to deter the little gnats. All in all this is a beautiful place where you can be away from the hustle of the city and recharge your batteries. Michelle sends you clear driving instructions, pay attention, and you won't have issues finding this gem.
