Wonderful & magical wooden house on the seashore with its own yard. The house is a duplex with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1th floor and a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. From all the rooms there is a fantastic view of the sea and a beautiful sunset. The courtyard is in the shade of Mediterranean oaks, so it is pleasant to stay in the yard all day long. Enjoy an exquisite experience in peaceful part of town which our apartments provides in the heart of Kotor. The apartment has a bedroom and a lovely living room connected with kitchen. Relax in your personal sauna with ice generator machine after the day of sightseeing in Kotor or a day spent on the beach just around the corner from our apartment. The supermarket is 50m away, and the picturesque old town of Kotor which is UNESCO heritage is just a step away. Parking is on request(extra charge)

My place is close to Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Budva with spectacular view from the Bay of Kotor and Lepetane.. You’ll love my place because of Completely new appartment with large living room and bar. The appartment has been built new on the existing farmhouse where life cattle (Mountain Goats gaze at you when you enter or exit the appartment, Chickens, Cats and a Dog), surrounded by Olive Trees, Chi-pack, Dark and White Figues, Oranges & Tomatoes, vegetable garden, etc. etc.

200 old house with a private pool and waterfall

Underneath a beautiful mountain of Rumija, near the walls of old town of Bar, there is a place Turcini. In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.
