There are no streetlights, noisy neighbours or loud cars..... just the majesty of the ocean, the ever-restful sound of the sea below and the spectacular native birdlife nearby in the Royal National Park. Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

The self-contained Studio in the Garden is beautifully appointed entering onto a sunny courtyard. The Cronulla Garden Studio has recently been painted and refreshed throughout. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.
