Located in a peaceful area, 7-min walk from the city center and the same distance from the city beach. Our goal was to create an atmosphere where guests feel at home, providing them with everything they would need as if they were in their own home. Every detail, from high-quality equipment to comfortable relaxation areas, has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Fifa apartman

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

It is located in the heart of the island of Rab in a very quite and peaceful place called Mundanije ,which is only 5 min driving distance from the vonderful old town of Rab. In another 10-15 min driving you can reach all the beautiful beaches in Lopar, Kampor or Pudarica. It is ideal place for relaxing. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the island Rab.

The apartment Ferias is located in a private house in Senj with a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful panorama view of the sea and the fortress Nehaj. The sunny balcony and the exceptional sunsets will fascinate you. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, including three bedrooms with two queen size french double beds and a single bed, free wi-fi, air conditioning and private parking. Our newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Rab, directly in the Middle street (Srednja ulica 20). The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi... All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo which is located behind hotel Valamar Imperial, cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

Renovated old stone house, situated in the village of Kras 10 km from the city of Krk and 3 km from Dobrinj. Kras is small, quiet location which can give you enough for relaxation. You’ll love my accomodation because of quietness, simple but nice furniture and good location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
