NEW Luxury Waterfront Townhome at Sunrise Ridge

Sunrise Ridge Resort is perfect for families, couples or a laid-back coastal escape, this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome offers the space and comfort of home with the perks of a resort. Enjoy a full kitchen, cozy fireplace, private patio with BBQ, and room to spread out. Guests have access to the seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness room and the resort’s private beach path. Located close to Parksville’s beaches, trails and dining — it’s an easy place to settle in and stay awhile.

Standard Double - 2 double beds

Just steps from the shoreline, our Standard Double Room offers two plush double beds and space for up to four guests. This room does not offer an ocean view, however our property is located directly on the waterfront with beach access just outside your door. Enjoy a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, complimentary Wi-Fi, mini fridge, coffee and tea station, TV, air conditioning, and free on-site parking. Perfect for beach walks, sunsets, and a relaxing coastal getaway.

Ocean Sands Resort 2 Bedroom Poolside (Sleep 4)

Ocean Sands Resort is situated on 4 acres of beautiful oceanfront property overlooking Rathtrevor Beach in Parksville. The resort consists of one and two bedroom oceanfront or poolside condominium units. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and large balcony either overlooking the ocean or pool. The amenities include a heated outdoor pool (open during Summer Season), playground, indoor hot tub, sauna and laundry facilities.
