Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. Additional fee will be added if cat is “snuck” into the home!. The yard is fully fenced and there is plenty of off street parking as well as use of a garage. ( Caution! Low Clearance).
