Like many Alabama girls, I've always loved the water. When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. This beautiful townhouse is tucked away in a peaceful golf course subdivision, but is conveniently close to Perdido Key’s restaurants and grocery stores. Just a short 7ish minute drive through the subdivision and over the bridge to Johnson’s beach and even closer to public beach access. Two bedrooms with a king size beds/tvs, private baths and one with its own balcony. The downstairs has 1/2 bath and sunroom contains a pullout sleeper.
