Nicosia abitazione tradizionale

The house is situated in the Old City of Nicosia (Greek side), inside the Venetian walls, within walking distance of Famagusta Gate. It is an example of traditional city architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century, restored to perfection under the supervision of the Nicosia Municipality. Exclusive penthouse on our privately owned building, excellent for business trips (located opposite the HQ of Bank of Cyprus, Central Bank, Landmark Hotel Nicosia and the University of Cyprus old campus). Very private and quiet. No next door neighbors. Supermarket on the ground floor of the building. Variety of take out restaurants very nearby. Huge private terrace. Bus stop to the University of Cyprus new campus right across the street.

Colonial House in the perfect location, Nicosia

The stone-built house was part of a group of houses built during colonial times to house employees of the Forestry Department. Its interior was renovated to modern standards in 2011 and then again in 2018, creating a unique atmosphere. Its exterior retains its colonial times charm. The house perfectly blends the old with the new and will delight guests who are looking for an authentic Nicosia experience.
