But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Quaint, thatched, Grade II listed, C16th cottage in centre of rural village, close to coast. Original slate floors (with rugs), low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace with electric heater. REFURBISHED BATHROOM for 2024. Comfortably furnished. Overlooks village square and plenty of parking. Kitchen, accessed via Grade II listed wooden archway, overlooks enclosed rear garden. Electric heating in all rooms. Friendly village has pub (dogs accepted), Shop, churches, play area, walks.

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.
