This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.
