Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

This apartment was perfect. Great restaurants all in walking distance. Very easy and safe parking garage upon arrival. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. All the appliances worked, and the water was hot. The location was also very good. Less than 20 minutes from major hiking trails and 35 minutes from Time Square. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here for sure.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Myself and 5 others were working in the area and needed a place to stay for two months and we could not have found a better home. It is in an unbelievable location walking distance to the beach, safe, private and truly was a summer we will never forget. Cannot say enough good things about Mariah and her family as well. We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one!

Roberto was very kind, the communication was very fluid, always checking on us making sure if everything was ok, he even gave us the Christmas tree and also a bonfire that we didn't get to use because of the weather. He went the extra mile to make our staying more warm in this holidays.

Perfect host with a cute house in a super convenient location. The house is old (has floor vents) but is well kept. Bed furnishings and bathroom accessories were nice. Dog-friendly! Even had a water bowl for a dog, though we brought our own. Access to YouTube TV was already set up on the TV. Host was super responsive and accommodating about everything. We hope to stay here again! Just a heads up -- this is not a good house if you have mobility issues, as there are steps to the front door and the floors are at slightly different levels between rooms, so there is a lip between some rooms.

This is the best furnished, best equipped, Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Decor, furnishings, appliances were top notch. The private backyard was amazing

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

Our stay was flawless and pleasurable. The rooms were sleek, spotless and very quiet. All had independent temp controls and TV. The kitchen was airy and modern with stainless Viking appliances. All consumables, like coffee filters, were in ample supply. Beds were soft but supportive, with comfortable pillows sheets and quilts. On top of that, the location in the center of Greenwich at the heart of Greenwich Ave. was marvelous. Every evening we could wander down and explore the upscale shopping opportunities, then pick from dozens of excellent, interesting restaurants. Overall an excellent experience and highly worth it.

Really enjoyed our stay in Norwalk. Be sure to pay attention to the fact that the unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is not an elevator. It was easy to navigate and the stairs just added to our daily exercise routine. Perfect! We did have a parking snag that was of my own doing. So if you have a car be sure to provide the CORRECT license plate info. Nichole helped resolve it very promptly. FYI parking is on the lower level of the parking structure behind the unit.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.
