This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!

As well as two comfortable bedrooms, Fairholm has a bright sun room, a cozy living room with fireplace, a well equipped kitchen and also a downstairs WC. With the well known town of Dartmouth on one side and the fabulous Blackpool Sands to the other, there is plenty to do in the area. Stoke Fleming itself has good transport links, a village shop, restaurant and pub serving great food.
