Welcome to Prospect Place! Our charming renovated home is set upon a hilltop overlooking downtown Lee, "The Gateway to the Berkshires." The house is in the heart of the Berkshires and central to just about everything. It is a a short drive to Tanglewood, the Berkshire Theater Festival, Jacobs Pillow and the Berkshire Outlet Mall. Golf, tennis, skiing, swimming, and spas are just minutes away. It is a perfect spot for relaxation, culture, sports, a girls weekend, and family gatherings.

Enjoy the entire first floor in a circa 1830 house located on the Housatonic River. The apartment offers a new bath, a dining area, and a galley kitchen with a single induction cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Our spacious home is situated in a secluded neighborhood in Lee, MA (Berkshire County) and has 5 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. There is a fully equipped open concept kitchen/dining room and 2 living rooms with TVs and gas fireplaces. There is central air/heat, and a sun room that leads out to a deck overlooking our in-ground pool. Tanglewood, Antimony brewery, Balderdash winery, Hilltop Orchards, Laurel Lake, Highlawn Farm, outlets, golf, and Lenox & Stockbridge are all within a 20 minute drive.

Home in the Birkshires! 12 minutes away from Jacob's Pillow, 2.5 hours away from NYC. Our Beautiful Lindal Cedar Contemporary home has everything you'll need. It is tucked away on a private 9+ acre estate with 4 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths. The Master Bedroom can be your own private getaway with 2 balconies. One overlooks the large living room with floor to ceiling windows and stone fireplace. The other overlooks the expansive property. It's definitely a tranquil place to rest and relax.

Our incredible 4-bedroom home is situated on 2 beautiful secluded acres in picture perfect Monterey - the quintessential Berkshire County getaway, with modern kitchen, screened porch, 2 fireplaces a fabulous outdoor hot tub and a beautiful brook on the property. Enjoy hiking the Appalachian Trail in nearby Beartown State Forest or kayaking and swimming in the incomparable Lake Garfield. We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

The Residence is a beautiful, secluded home in the Berkshire foothills. The 14-acre property includes hiking trails through the woods, a meadow, and a lovely babbling brook. Despite its secluded feel, the house just a short drive from many of the area's favorite attractions. The Residence provides a wonderful for base for enjoying all that the Berkshires have to offer, though guests may decide to spend much of their stay exploring the rustic beauty of the property itself.
