Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The perfect holiday place!

Relax with your family and friends in this comfortable accommodation, a new villa built in 2022 with a 32m2 swimming pool only 2 km from the beach and the sea. Villa Gondolika **** has: 3 rooms 3 bathrooms toilet + utility the kitchen living room swimming pool barbecue private parking for 3 cars sea and mountain view The house is located in the quiet place Gondulići, near Old Town of Labin, where you find markets , restorants and shops. Near the house walking and cycling paths.

Studio apartment - Olive tree Apartments

Beautiful studio apartment with large terrace and amazing sea views. Fully equipped with brand new bathroom and TV unit. Pristine beaches in short distance: 10-15 min. walk. Large ones with pebbles, or secluded smaller ones with some shadow of pine trees. Mediterranean flora and it's scent calls out for great outdoor activities -hiking, biking, swimming or diving. Great position for exploring Cres island. For nature lovers and people who enjoy exploring local culture and cuisine.

This apartment is ideal for a couple or a small (URL HIDDEN) is distant 270 m from the pebble beach and the very center of the small fisherman village. Apartment is situated on the first floor, with kitchen, bathrom, living room (air-condition, tv/sat), and a balcony with a beautiful wiew on the bay of Martinšćica.On the second floor there is a sleeping room with matrimonial and one extra bed for one person (also, with air-condition). Sunset by the sea

Beatiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a wonderful view. Close to the town, a 10 minute walk with promenade by the sea. The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
