The location is just a 6 minutes walk from Agios Onoufrios beach,15 minutes driving from Chania airport,20 minutes driving from the city center and the old town. In driving distance 7-20 minutes there are 6 more sandy beaches. In the next village 3 minutes driving you can find supermarkets bakery and restaurants. Some of the restaurants can also deliver food to the villa without extra charge.

Villa L1 was complete in June 2019 and sits close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi. It is a fine example of contemporary architecture and sustainability. The villa is placed next to the liquid element, which wraps around the front facade. Thus, with the use of large glass surfaces on the three sides, a visual relationship between the liquid element, the ground floor areas, and the external spaces is achieved.

The seaside Villa Hydrobates stands proudly on the rocks and is characterized by high aesthetics with stunning panoramic views of the Cretan Sea. It features outdoor jacuzzi with the possibility of heating and is fully equipped, providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing stay. Heated jacuzzi is charged an additional 40 euros/night and requires 2 days notice in advance.

The apartment is set in a quiet park at Koum Kapi Beach in the city center and offers spectacular views of the sea and the White Mountains. The sandy beach is a few meters away and is suitable for swimming. It is a 5-minute walk from the old Venetian harbor and the shopping center of Chania. Next to the house you will find cafes, bars and traditional taverns.
